Code and Theory Named Digital Agency of Record for Brand USA
New York, NY – (Feb. 17, 2016) – Code and Theory today announced it has been selected as the new digital agency of record for Brand USA, the destination marketing organization for the United States. The agency will be tasked with driving consumer engagement with VisitTheUSA.com to support Brand USA’s global marketing efforts promoting the United States as a premier travel destination.
During the course of a three-year engagement, Code and Theory will redesign and re-platform the site to illustrate the wide variety of content featured on VisitTheUSA.com and to engage potential travelers worldwide. The new site, which will launch in early Q4 of 2016, will streamline travel planning and allow for efficient exploration of the multitude of tourism opportunities the United States has to offer.
“As global consumers spend a greater proportion of their trip planning on mobile, tablet and desktop devices, digital presentation is where the conversation starts in driving tourism,” said Michael Martin, Managing Partner at Code and Theory. “With an increased emphasis on content strategy, user experience and visual design for the new VisitTheUSA.com, Code and Theory will enable Brand USA to further establish itself as the definitive international face of U.S. tourism.”
