Stagwell creative agency Code and Theory has appointed Stef Hoffman Group Director, Head of Brand Strategy.
In her new role, she'll be responsible for reshaping the shop’s brand practice to better serve CMOs and their renewed focus on growth and opportunities that increasingly lie in the nexus of marketing, tech, innovation and customer experience.
Hoffman joins from IPG agency R/GA where she spent nearly eight years, most recently as group director, innovation. She was a founding member of the agency’s brand and innovation consulting team and led teams on efforts for clients like Google, Nike, Johnson & Johnson, Cole Haan and others.
She has years of experience as a brand strategist, market researcher, innovation consultant, product strategist, and business designer. At C&T, she will lead a team of 20-plus strategists across the US for clients including Adidas, J&J, ConEd, and JPMorgan Chase.
