Code and Theory Promotes Ben Berentson to Managing Director, NY
Code and Theory announced today that Ben Berentson has been promoted to Managing Director of the agency’s New York headquarters, effective immediately. In his new role, Ben will oversee the team of 250 employees in the New York office. Prior to his role as Managing Director, Berentson was Group Director of Creative Strategy, where he oversaw both the Creative Strategy and Data, Analytics, Research departments, and led innovative digital programs for such clients as CNN, Mars, NBC, CNBC, and Comcast.

Since joining Code and Theory, he has been a driving force in ensuring we continue to advance our capabilities, find new ways to provide value for our clients, build great teams that bring new perspective and excellence to our agency, and champion a results-focused approach to creative problem solving.” – Michael Treff, President
Berentson has been with Code of Theory since 2016, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from Brown University.
