This Site is published in connection with a joint offering between Code and Theory and Adobe. Code and Theory and Adobe are independent companies. A. Acceptance
By accessing, browsing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained or referenced herein. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these terms, you should not access or use this Site.
B. Modification
We may change, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time on a going-forward basis. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
C. Privacy Terms
Personal information provided through this Site shall be used in accordance with Code and Theory’s Privacy Policy as posted on this Site, and these Terms of Use are subject to that Privacy Policy. Because this Site supports a joint offering with Adobe, information you submit may be shared with Adobe as described in the Privacy Policy, and Adobe’s use of any information it receives is governed by Adobe’s privacy practices.
D. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including its design, graphics, text, formatting, images, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Code and Theory or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Adobe trademarks, logos, and brand elements appearing on this Site are the property of Adobe and are used pursuant to authorization in connection with the joint offering. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written authorization from the respective rights owner.
E. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, and third-party sites may link to this Site. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any such linked sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
F. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. We disclaim all warranties, including as to availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, usefulness, title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

G. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site or any content available through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

By using the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
I. Prohibited Activity
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, and not to transmit through the Site any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harmful material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to (i) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks); (iii) use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site or collect Content or information without our prior written consent; or (iv) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site.
