The Finance team at Code and Theory are numbers people with a sense of humor. They make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, and are as important to our projects as the designers, strategists, producers, and developers they partner with. 

We’re looking for two Finance Interns for the Winter 2020 season. Candidates must be able to work 25+ hours per week in our New York office. This is a paid position, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role after the internship is complete. 

Both interns should have the following:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Detail oriented, with an eye for organization of large amounts of data
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Natural curiosity and a flexible attitude in a shifting environment
  • Prior internship or work experience in an office environment
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Mac environment 

In addition, we are looking for one intern with experience in the following:

  • Knowledge of Google Apps Script/JavaScript, or a background in creating scripts/macros for spreadsheet automation
