NARS Holiday Campaign
In Q4 2009, Code and Theory partnered with NARS Cosmetics to produce a visually stunning interactive advertising campaign that would drive strong results and position NARS as a leading brand in innovation and beauty. Seeking to give customers a rich and deeply engaging experience with the brand, we developed concepts that would leverage all of the NARS creative assets and provide rich context within which users could experience the brand.
Code and Theory secured high value inventory across different publishers and developed a custom layout engine and visuals to create a holistic and stunning interactive experience. Developing over 15 types of creative that included both traditional IAB advertising and rich custom units, we concepted, designed and produced the campaign.
The campaign was successful across multiple channels, garnering over 8.4MM impressions and 25k visitors to the NARS site. Code and Theory’s new advertising concepts drove up to 1.25% click-through rates and an average of 60-second interactions between the consumer and brand.
