Find Your Feet

NYFAi is a pioneering initiative combining the innovation of LTX Studio’s AI-driven content generation tools with the global prestige of the New York Festivals Advertising Awards. The challenge is to create real, polished, client-ready advertising work for legitimate non-profits and startups using only LTX Studio for generative content (image, video, character). The aim is not speculative ideas, but fully crafted work that could live in the real world.

The Insight

Kids today move less, feel more isolated, and spend hours on screens. Statistics show using social media more than 3 hours per day doubles adolescents’ risk of both depression and anxiety. In places like the Bronx, low literacy adds even more emotional weight.

The Non-Profit

New York SCORES empowers kids 5–14 in underserved communities through soccer, poetry, and service learning. They become “Poet-Athletes,” building strength, confidence, and leadership on and off the field. It’s a launchpad for self-expression, critical thinking, and leadership.

The Challenge

New York SCORES transforms kids through an unexpected trio: Soccer, Poetry, and Community Service. The impact is real, but hard to explain from the outside. The organization needs to emotionally connect with educators, funders and kids to show how this unique mix strengthens children and community.

The Idea

We built a campaign around a simple truth: for kids to find their way, they first have to find their feet—because when they do, they find so much more than balance, they find themselves. We crafted a story of transformation through sport, poetry, and mentorship—told from a kid’s POV and punctuated with poetry from real “Poet-Athletes.”

Pushing LTX to its Limits

Character consistent design, stylized environments and expressive movements

We took this challenge seriously, exploring the depths of LTX Studio and adapting in real time as the platform itself changed around us. From storyboards to final delivery, we fully leveraged LTX to bring this animated world to life.

Using its full suite of tools, we crafted character-consistent design, stylized environments, and expressive movements. 
We refined shots through iterative prompting, custom camera moves, green-screen, layered composition, and live-performed facial tweaks via webcam capture.

For motion, we blended LTXV and Veo2 outputs with minimal traditional finishing tools—compositing outputs, textures, minor VFX, and hand-drawn elements in After Effects—to create a seamless, human-meets-machine aesthetic
