Junior Strategist

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist senior team members in framing problems and defining strategic objectives.
- Conduct foundational research into the client’s business, market, and competitive landscape to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Help align client goals with project deliverables to support strategic impact.
- Contribute to insights that inform campaign strategy and creative ideation.
- Participate in brainstorms and working sessions to shape ideas and ensure they ladder up to strategic goals.
- Support the development of materials for internal and client-facing presentations, including written and visual deliverables.
- Assist in crafting narratives and building decks to support campaign storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to help maintain strategic alignment throughout project execution.
What You'll Need
- Foundational understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing principles.
- Familiarity with campaign development fundamentals, including audience targeting and messaging.
- Interest in learning how to develop strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000- $75,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
