The Code and Theory Experience Design team is comprised of experts in Experience Strategy and Interaction Design.

Our Experience Strategists establish product vision and translate that into a definition of concrete product design requirements that successfully meet user needs and business goals. They support project teams in ensuring that the strategic intent of the product is seen to fruition throughout detailed interaction, design, and development phases.

Interaction Designers (IXDs) take the vision and product requirements from ES and craft the specific nuances of user flows and interaction patterns that support user needs, business goals, and that drive the desired behaviors within products. This team stays abreast of modern interaction design practices, and ensures that interactions are appropriate for the audience and intent of the product, while bringing innovative ideas to create highly engaging products, and ensures the experience comes to life through documentation and collaboration with designers and developers.
