Creative Director, Manila Office
At Code and Theory, Creative Directors make and inspire work that is distinctive and effective. We are seeking a CD with a design background to ideate and execute digitally-fluent concept and campaign work. Your portfolio should present campaigns that are clearly grounded in strategy and manifest in unexpected ways; your work should not be exclusively broadcast as we are looking for diverse ecosystem work that also includes social, site, OOH and much more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create and execute unique campaign concepts with a digital-first mentality and expression
- Develop nuanced verbal and visual systems that flex across channels and audiences
- Partner with an ACD, Copy, and other integrated team members, from creatives to company leaders to content, brand and product strategists
- Ensure that creative integrity is maintained throughout the production process
- Lead and do; even at the highest levels of this company, we are makers
ESSENTIALS
- Eloquence and confidence with highly savvy clients, both in day-to-day interactions and major presentations
- Conceptual campaign work for major brands, some tech experience preferred
- Strong portfolio with a diversity of work beyond broadcast
- Innate curiosity for the client's business and how to help them through the work
- Mastery of Adobe CS, Figma; additional motion or other creative software programs a plus
