The website is a smart one-stop news shop; an aggregation site that differentiates itself from the rest with its unique combination of news selection, high-profile contributors, and irresistibly curated content.
One of the ancillary features of the site includes a Cheat Sheet, dually designed for iPhone users. The Mobile Cheat Sheet, subtitled “Must Reads from All Over”, offers a sleek, sophisticated design that is both visually elegant and simple to use.
After conducting usability testing, Code and Theory maximized the iPhone’s potential to recreate the Cheat Sheet in its entirety, allowing users the ability to dynamically access The Daily Beast’s editorialized content of the day, as well as media galleries, news sources, and outbound links for additional content on each story.
